What is an anagram solver?
An anagram solver rearranges letters to find valid words. MyToolMint performs an exact search: every supplied letter must appear in the result, with no extra letters and none left over. For example, LISTEN can become SILENT or ENLIST.
How to use it
- Enter two or more letters.
- Select Find anagrams.
- Tap a result to copy it.
Spaces, numbers and punctuation are ignored, and letter case does not matter.
Duplicate letters
Repeated letters are counted precisely. If your input contains two Es, a result may use two Es—but never three. A result must also have exactly the same number of letters as the cleaned input.
Useful limits
Word lists differ, so a result is not a guarantee that a particular school, publication or word-game ruleset accepts it. MyToolMint uses an openly licensed general English list and does not include proper nouns.
Anagram examples
- LISTEN can produce silent and enlist.
- REPAID can produce paired.
- Inputs containing duplicate letters return only words with the same duplicate counts.
Anagram solver or word unscrambler?
Use this page when every letter must be rearranged. Use the Word Unscrambler when shorter words are also useful, the Word Finder for rack letters plus a pattern, or the Five-Letter Word Finder for known and excluded positions. See Word Tools for every related option.
Frequently asked questions
Does the solver use every letter?
Yes. Every result has the same letter counts and total length as the cleaned input.
Can I enter a phrase?
Spaces, punctuation and numbers are ignored, so letters from a short phrase can be searched together. Results are currently single words.
Are searches sent to a dictionary API?
No. The solver checks a local word list in your browser.
